SMS and Text Messaging

How you opt in

You opt in to receive SMS messages by providing your phone number on a web form or within our application and checking a consent checkbox that clearly states you agree to receive SMS. Opt-in is always explicit and never a default setting. We retain a record of your opt-in event (timestamp and the form through which it was captured).

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your account activity — typical users receive fewer than five messages per week. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan; we do not charge you separately for SMS.

How you opt out

You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS from us after that point, except for operationally required one-time messages (for example, to confirm the opt-out). How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only in the following circumstances:
